Home sales in Metro Vancouver dropped nearly 24% year-over-year in April 2025, continuing a slowdown despite improved borrowing conditions. Sales were 28.2% below the 10-year seasonal average. Benchmark prices for single-detached homes in Ladner and Tsawwassen remained stable but were slightly down from last year, though still significantly higher than five years ago.
