Home sales in Fraser Valley remain steady despite abundant inventory and lower prices, with 1,195 sales in June, slightly up from May but down 9% from last year. Active listings rose to nearly 11,000, a 30% increase from last year, keeping the market in a buyer's favor. Benchmark prices fell across all home types, with single-family homes at $1,458,600, townhomes at $824,400, and condos at $526,500.
