B.C. housing outlook: Sales to rise in 2026

The B.C. Real Estate Association forecasts a 2.2% drop in home sales this year, followed by a 10.7% increase in 2026. Prices are expected to stabilize and grow by 1-2%. In Kelowna, the average asking price in May was $1.15 million, with homes selling for around $1.12 million.
