The typical assessed value of a single-family home in Abbotsford dropped 5% from $1.14 million in 2024 to $1.08 million in 2025. Condo and townhome values fell 3%, from $487,000 to $470,000. Most homeowners saw assessment changes between 0-10% decreases. Property tax changes depend on how individual assessments compare to the community average. The overall Lower Mainland property assessments declined from $2.01 trillion to $1.92 trillion, with $24 billion from new developments.
