Abbotsford Offers B.C.’s Most Affordable Rent as Rates Drop

Rental prices in Abbotsford continue to decline, with the city having the lowest average rent in B.C. at $1,848, down 2% from October. Abbotsford ranks as the 18th-cheapest city to rent in Canada. Kamloops also joined the list of cheapest cities. Despite these declines, B.C. still has some of the highest rents nationally, with North Vancouver being the most expensive. The government is focused on increasing rental supply and affordability.
